The project is scheduled for completion in 2024. The new residential development included 14 T1 types, 20 T2 types, one T2+1 type and 23 T3 types. The blocks will be joined by the basement floor for car parking, a condominium room and another gym room. The rooms will face east, towards Rua António da Costa Guimarães, which "embraces the building from the front, along its entire length". The condominium project foresees two entrances, one of which uses an old tank from the extinct textile company, transforming it into a water mirror.
