This amazing newly refurbished apartment has a total area of 80 m2, it is very elegant and bright, and has space for up to 4 guests. It consists of two very comfortable bedrooms: one double and the other one with two single beds. This last room also has access to a small and cozy balcony.The rest of the apartment has a nice living-dining room where you will find a comfortable sofa, table and chairs for all guests, smart TV, wifi and AC throughout the apartment. Moreover, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, from the living room, you can access a nice balcony overlooking a semi-pedestrian street, so you will be in a very quiet and central location. Finally, the apartment has a bathroom with shower.Utilities are included up to 175 eur / month.
