The entrance level is adjacent to the pool and has a spacious open-plan kitchen, a very modern living room featuring elegant decoration with wooden furniture, chestnut ceilings and large antiquated California floor marbles. There is also a dining room and a fireplace making the villa ideal even for your winter vacations. The ground level has 4 bedrooms in total, all with double beds.
